Thank you for shopping at Pokecardkorea.com (the "Website"). We strive to provide you with high-quality Pokémon trading cards. Please read our Refund Policy carefully as it outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We generally accept returns for Products in the following circumstances:
Damaged Items: If the Products you received were damaged during shipping. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence of the damage to the packaging and the Products.
Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong Products compared to what you ordered. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. The incorrect items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
Authenticity Issues: If you have reasonable grounds to believe that the Pokémon cards you received are not authentic. You must provide clear evidence to support your claim. We may require you to return the cards for inspection.
We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind about your purchase.
Minor Imperfections: Due to the nature of trading cards, minor imperfections such as slight centering issues, minor corner wear, or minute scratches are generally not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
Price Fluctuations: We do not offer refunds or price adjustments if the price of a card changes after your purchase.
Opened Products (unless incorrect or damaged): For hygiene and collectibility reasons, we typically do not accept returns of opened Products unless they are damaged or incorrect.
Issues Arising from Shipping (outside our control): While we take care in packaging, we are not responsible for damage or loss that occurs due to mishandling by the postal service or customs in your country, unless adequate insurance was purchased and a claim is successfully processed with the carrier.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer support team at entreprise@pokecardkorea.com within the specified timeframe 7 days of receiving your order, stating the reason for the return and providing any necessary supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damage, order number).
Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if your return is approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the Product(s).
Packaging and Shipping: You must securely package the Product(s) for return to prevent further damage during transit. For international returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Return Address: Ship the Product(s) to the return address provided in the RA instructions. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned Product(s) and verify that they meet the conditions for return, we will process your refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Refund Amount:
For damaged or incorrect items, we will refund the full purchase price of the Product(s) and the original shipping costs you paid.
For international orders, please note that we will only refund the original cost of the Product(s) and the initial shipping fee paid to us. We will not refund any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees that you may have paid to your country's authorities, as these are non-refundable by us.
* Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned Product(s) for your refund to be processed and appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund (if it meets the return criteria) and then place a new order for the desired item.
5. Taxes and Importation Fees (International Orders)
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, the prices displayed on our Website do not include any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees that may be imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by us, even if you return an item (unless the return is due to our error).
